Create a free account to save your meetings and add a short profile describing your situation, goals and responsibilities. The board uses this context to ground its responses in the choices you actually face.

You can begin as a guest. Signing in unlocks continued conversations after the guest question allowance and gives you saved meeting history. Sharing a profile is optional, and you can add, edit or remove your personal context whenever you want.

Understanding the AI advisors

Every advisor is an AI simulation inspired by a public figure's documented ideas, communication style and approach to decisions. The individuals portrayed have no affiliation with or endorsement of AI Boardroom. All responses are generated by AI, and should never be attributed to the real people.

The board gives you perspectives to examine and questions to carry into your own thinking. AI can make mistakes, overlook important context or sound confident about something uncertain. Verify important claims and use qualified professional guidance for legal, financial or medical decisions.

Your privacy

We take your trust seriously. Here is how your information supports the service.

• What we collect. Your account email and username, optional profile, questions, meeting content and context you share. We also collect usage and technical information, including page visits, IP address, browser and device details, to understand and improve the product.
• How we use it. To run the service, save your meetings, personalise the board's responses and improve reliability. Diagnostic logs may include AI prompts, responses and technical details. We do not sell your data.
• AI processing. Your questions, relevant conversation and profile context are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information you would not want processed this way.
• Security and storage. Passwords are stored as hashes. Signed-in sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies on the live website. Guest meeting history is stored in your browser, while signed-in meeting history is stored with your account. Cookies also support guest usage limits and visitor analytics.
• Your control. You can begin as a guest and choose whether to share a profile. For privacy questions or requests to access or delete data we hold, write to Hello@triquetralabs.com.
